We often receive inquiries from individuals seeking short and simple answers to questions about how family law affects their own particular situation.  Ethically, under the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct, we can only provide legal advice to clients who schedule initial consultations, our retained clients, or parties who seek a second opinion.  Since no two legal situations are alike, it is in your best interest to retain an experienced, knowledgeable attorney who is able to provide you with valuable advice after the attorney is informed about all of the facts of your case.

Most importantly, a potential client should do their homework and make sure the attorney is knowledgeable about family law.  Jennifer has focused her practice on family law for the past 21 years.  Once a potential client identifies one of the many knowledgeable family law attorneys in our state, the next key step is to identify the attorney in whom he or she feels innate confidence and trust.  You should feel like you can work closely with the attorney for an extended period of time.  We have many clients that we have assisted for many years with their family law matters.  We seek clients who need legal services in our core areas of family law and adoptions and who are realistic and honest about their goals for their legal representation.

Our mission is to communicate in a timely manner with our clients and represent them well.  Our hope is that clients will communicate their expectations clearly, and provide the necessary information for optimal representation.  We are here to meet our client’s needs and we strive to be an excellent law firm that enriches the community with legal service and knowledge.  We look forward to working with you.
